DS: Trolley's been around since the 1980s; it has some history of success and some history of failure. 但这是我们在北美的首次尝试. So, the decision to move ahead wasn't like buying a new truck or buying a proven technology. It was making a commitment that we will work with partners to make it successful.

DS: You need to start by gathering your data and getting it down on paper. Then you can start asking what the data says, and what you can do about it. 整体, it’s about creating a learning process to realize what you don’t know and how you can improve further.
